Weekly Menu Drops:
New menu goes live every Tuesday at 4 PM and closes Wednesday at 6 PM!

Pickup & Delivery:
Orders will be ready for pickup/delivery on Saturday or Sunday in Fayetteville, NC (pickup and delivery) and Surrounding Areas (delivery). Delivery fees, pickup and delivery times vary by city (Raleigh, Fayetteville, Smithfield, and surrounding areas).

Payment:

At KravesbyKash, every order is made fresh and specially prepared just for you! Because all treats are custom and perishable, full payment (100%) is required at the time of ordering and is non-refundable.

This policy ensures that ingredients are purchased, time is reserved, and your order is completed with care.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact me at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery. While payments cannot be refunded, your total may be applied toward a future order within 30 days (based on availability).

✨ Exception: If something unexpected happens on my end that prevents your order from being fulfilled as promised, a full refund or reschedule will absolutely be offered.

If you miss your pickup or delivery window without notice, your order will be forfeited and payment will not be refunded.
